At World of Happiness, every product is crafted with the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the premium and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our creations. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer either a replacement of the same product or store credit of equivalent value.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
